Health Care, Valuation in Business and Consumer Cases, Ethics and More to Be Discussed at 41st Paskay Seminar

Alexandria, Va.— The American Bankruptcy Institute’s 41st Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar will take place on Feb. 2-4, 2017, at the Embassy Suites Tampa - Downtown Convention Center in Tampa, Fla. Practitioners will hear analysis from some of the leading experts on business and consumer case trends. The Seminar will also feature a “speed-dating-style” judges’ roundtable discussion of current bankruptcy issues, with nine judges changing tables every 20 minutes. The conference will also feature a keynote by Hon. Steven W. Rhodes (ret.), who presided over the largest chapter 9 case in history in Detroit. There will be 12/14 hours of CLE/CPE credit available for attendees, including 3.75/4.5 hour of ethics. Judicial co-chairs for the conference are Bankruptcy Judges Caryl E. Delano and K. Rodney May (M.D. Fla.; Tampa), and the conference chair is Jeffrey W. Warren of Bush Ross, P.A. (Tampa, Fla.)
