After the passage of The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA), the AmericanBoard of Certification (ABC) revised its certification exams in business and consumer bankruptcy to reflect the new Code. ABC administered its first exam under the new law in April 2006, and we are pleased to announce that several examinees have passed.
