ABI Presents | Strategies and Perspectives
Anatomy of the Hertz Chapter 11

Learn how industry leaders facilitated the Hertz chapter 11, one of the largest chapter 11 bankruptcies in recent years, during the pandemic, resulting in a successful exit from chapter 11 and restructuring.

This restructuring combined sophisticated securitization models, substantial involvement by company management and the board of directors, supply chain challenges, and diverse interests, the team moved through the restructuring with strategic precision and confidence to deliver value to the company, its shareholders and, importantly, its creditors — resulting in a stronger company going forward.

The agenda for the virtual program will feature a robust discussion of the “anatomy” of the Hertz chapter 11, plus an opportunity to have your questions answered by the panelists.
