What You Need to Know About Hospitality Industry Restructurings

November 15, 2018

The hospitality industry is highly cyclical and subject to periodic downturns, and the hotel industry in particular has experienced recent threats from online alternatives such as Airbnb. Therefore, most restructuring professionals will encounter restructurings in the hospitality industry over the course of their career. The Webinar's panelists will discuss key issues in this area, including structuring - and the assumption and rejection - of franchise and management agreements, use of cash collateral, asset sales, valuation, regulatory matters (including liquor licenses), and whether hotel bankruptcies qualify as single asset real estate cases. Case studies of interest will be presented.

Thursday, November 15

1 - 2:15 pm ET
