2022 Economic Outlook, Mass Tort Chapter 11 Cases, Future of SBRA, Airline Industry, Real Estate Restructuring and More to Be Discussed at ABI's 2021 Winter Leadership Conference Dec. 9-11

Alexandria, Va. — Insights from some of the country’s top insolvency and restructuring experts on issues confronting the profession in 2022 will be addressed at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2021 Winter Leadership Conference, taking place Dec. 9-11 at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. This year's conference, offering both in-person and virtual attendance options, will feature 24 concurrent sessions addressing a diverse spectrum of key insolvency topics for both business and consumer practitioners. Additionally, the Winter Leadership Conference will host a luncheon to celebrate the fifth class of ABI’s “40 Under 40,” a program that identifies the top 40 industry professionals under age 40.
