ABIEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SAM GERDANO TO KEYNOTE JPMORGAN’S “BANKRUPTCY VIEWS FROM INSIDE THE BELTWAY” PRESENTATION ON JULY 17

 

June 28, 2007, Alexandria, Va. —American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Executive Director Sam Gerdano will speak at JPMorgan's Bankruptcy Deposit & Investment Services presentation 'Bankruptcy Views from Inside the Beltway' on July 17 in New York City. As the 110th Congress continues to focus on issues such as credit card abuse, subprime mortgage lending and potential private equity regulations, Gerdano will be speaking about these and other important developments on Capitol Hill that may affect the bankruptcy bar and restructuring professionals.

The event is from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at JPMorgan's Headquarters and will include 1.0 hour of New York CLE credit. ABI members can register for the event, which will include cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, online for free, but R.S.V.P. is required by July 9.
