ABI RELEASES BOOK FOCUSING ON COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BANKRUPTCY

FEBRUARY 1, 2006, Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has just released a new book “Bankruptcy Issues for Commercial Landlords, Tenants and Mortgagees.”   The book was written by David R. Kuney of Sidley Austin LLP (Washington, D.C.) to serve as a guide for both commercial real estate professionals, who may be unfamiliar with the terms and rules of bankruptcy laws, as well as bankruptcy lawyers in search of a comprehensive reference to the leading cases involving commercial real estate.
