ABI's 2023 Caribbean Insolvency Symposium to Feature Panels on Cross-Border Fraud, Cryptocurrency, Chapter 15 Updates and More Feb. 6-8 in the Cayman Islands

Alexandria, Va. — ABI’s 2023 Caribbean Insolvency Symposium returns to Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands Feb. 6-8, 2023, at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. This educational program has been developed to provide attendees with an interactive learning experience led by a faculty of prominent national and regional bankruptcy judges, as well as experienced practitioners. Attendees can earn up to 8.25/10.5 hours of CLE/CPE credit, including 1.25 hours of ethics. Co-chairs for the symposium are Katherine R. Catanese of Foley & Lardner LLP (New York) and Rudy J. Cerone of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC (New Orleans). Judicial chairs are Bankruptcy Judges Robert A. Mark (S.D. Fla.; Miami) and Enrique S. Lamoutte (D. P.R.; San Juan).
