Alexandria, Va. – ABI’s popular 21st Annual Southwest Bankruptcy Conference will be held Aug. 22-24 at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino in Incline Village, Nev. An outstanding faculty of leading judges, noted academics and prominent industry professionals will present workshops on a variety of topics, and the conference will feature ABI’s popular Great Debates series and a report from the ABI Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11.
