Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold its
Third Annual International Insolvency Symposium on Oct. 26, 2007, at The
Adlon Hotel in Berlin. Top presenters from both sides
of the Atlantic will handle various
international insolvency topics. The keynote speaker is current INSOL
President Robert O. Sanderson of KPMG LLP (Toronto). The
Symposium chair is ABI Board

Timely topics for the panel
The “Germany Calling:
Tips for German Practitioners” session will be moderated by Dr.
Christof Schiller of Wellensiek (Heidelberg) and included panelists Dr.
