ABI’S TWELFTH ANNUAL ROCKY MOUNTAIN BANKRUPTCY CONFERENCE TO BE HELD JANUARY 25-27, 2007
September 25, 2006, Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Twelfth
Annual Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference will take place Jan. 25
– 27, 2007, at the Hyatt Regency in Denver, Colo. The conference
will feature eight bankruptcy judges and address such timely post-BAPCPA
(Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005) topics
as means testing, individuals and small businesses in chapter 11, and a
judges’ roundtable. Program co-chairs for the Rocky Mountain
