Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2024 Central States Bankruptcy Workshop, being held June 17-19 at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, will feature specially designed business, consumer and “best practices” session tracks, enabling attendees to exchange ideas with esteemed regional judges and experienced colleagues. A special lunch-and-learn plenary session will feature experts providing their insights during a mock sale hearing. Attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 8.25/9.5 hours of CLE/CPE credit.

Plenary sessions at the Central States Bankruptcy Workshop will include:

·      Litigation and Courtroom Skills

Tracy M. Clark of Steinberg Shapiro Clark (Southfield, Mich.) and Elizabeth B. Vandesteeg of Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (Chicago) are the workshop’s co-chairs, and Bankruptcy Judges Joel D. Applebaum (E.D. Mich.; Flint) and Beth E. Hanan (E.D. Wis.; Milwaukee) are the judicial co-chairs.
