Alexandria, Va. — ABI’s popular “Bankruptcy 2013: Views from the Bench” program will take place on Sept. 27 at The Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. The program features the views of 20 bankruptcy judges from New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas and Nevada. Attendees have the chance to earn up to 7.0/9.0 CLE/CPE credits, including 1 hour of ethics (1.2 CPE). The chair of the “Views from the Bench” program is David R.
