Fallout of the Takata Case, Cryptocurrency, Small Business Cases and More to Be Discussed at ABI's Winter Leadership Conference Dec. 6-8

Alexandria, Va. — Insights from some of the country’s top insolvency and restructuring experts on issues confronting the profession in 2019 will be addressed at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2018 Annual Winter Leadership Conference, taking place Dec. 6-8 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Ariz. This year's conference features the popular “ABI Talks,” based on the “TED Talks” format, which will address diverse insolvency issues, along with 23 concurrent and committee sessions examining the hottest topics in bankruptcy. Additionally, the Winter Leadership Conference will host a luncheon to celebrate the second ABI “40 Under 40” class, with the keynote to be delivered by entrepreneur and bestselling author Molly Bloom. Her memoir, Molly’s Game, was adapted into an award-winning film of the same name. The final night gala will feature a fun and competitive casino night. Conference attendees have the opportunity to earn 9/11 hours of CLE/CPE credit, including 3 hours of ethics credit.
