Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) will be holding a virtual international event Nov. 17-19 that will combine ABI’s International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium partners — American College of Bankruptcy, International Insolvency Institute (III), TMA Europe, INSOL and IWIRC — with ABI’s annual Cross-Border Insolvency Program to discuss key issues facing global restructuring professionals. Presented on ABI's innovative online platform, sessions during the three-day event will include the annual "America Now" update with U.S. bankruptcy judges from key jurisdictions, a "Far East" update and a session on what to expect in 2022, all without crossing time zones.
