Alexandria, Va. —The American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) sixteenth annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference is scheduled for May 15 at the New York Hilton in Midtown Manhattan. The day-long conference brings together a faculty of New York-area bankruptcy judges with practitioners from the top national insolvency firms in New York City to discuss timely insolvency-related issues. Silver Point Capital L.P. (New York) CEO and Portfolio Manager Edward Mulé will keynote the conference. In addition, a judges’ roundtable, moderated by Bankruptcy Judge Shelley C. Chapman, will feature a panel of bankruptcy judges from the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York discussing current developments.
