PROFESSOR JACK F. WILLIAMS RETURNS TO SERVE AS

Prof. Williams teaches at
Georgia State University College of Law, where he instructs an
assortment of courses, including Advanced Bankruptcy Seminar, Bankruptcy
and Insolvency Taxation, Business Bankruptcy, Commercial Law (Lending and Payment Systems) and Federal, State
and Local Income Taxation. A member of
Prof. Williams currently serves
as a member of the Advisory Board for the ABI’s Law Review
and is a director for BDO Seidman, LLP (
