Ralph S. Tuliano Elected to ABIs Board of Director

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) announces that Ralph S. Tuliano of Mesirow Financial Consulting, LLC (New York) has been elected to ABI’s Board of Directors. An ABI member since 1993, Tuliano is on the advisory board for ABI’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference and is active on ABI’s Business Reorganization committee, the ABI Commercial Fraud Task Force and the Corporate Restructuring Competition for MBA students. He will serve a term of three years on the 60-member ABI Board of Directors. Tuliano is the CEO of the Consulting division of Mesirow Financial, Inc. He currently serves on the Mesirow Financial Management Committee and Board of Directors for Corporate Recovery. Tuliano has more than 20 years of experience in providing restructuring and related services on a variety of assignments across multiple industries, including financial services, municipalities, retail, health care, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications and technology. He received his B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
