Tinamarie Feil Elected to ABIs Board of Directors

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) announces that Tinamarie Feil of BMC Group (New York) has been elected to ABI’s Board of Directors. An ABI member since 2000, Feil has been a contributor to the ABI Journal and is a frequent speaker, the education director of ABI’s Public Companies and Claims Trading Committee and a member of ABI’s Business Reorganization Committee. She will serve a term of three years on the 60-member ABI Board of Directors. Feil is president of Client Services at BMC Group in New York. She is currently involved in ABI-funded claims-trading research with Prof. David C. Smith of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and Prof. Per Strömberg of the Swedish Institute for Financial Research and the Stockholm School of Economics. She is also communications director of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and a member of the Technical Research Committee for INSOL International, and she is on the New York Board of Directors for the Step Up Women’s Network.
