Top New York Bankruptcy Judges Practitioners Comprise Faculty at ABIs 39th Annual Lawrence P. King and Charles Seligson Workshop

Alexandria, Va. – The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the New York University School of Law announce the return of the 39th Annual Lawrence P. King and Charles Seligson Workshop on Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization, to be held Sept. 18-19 at NYU School of Law. This two-day workshop provides advanced-level sessions focused on the issues important to experienced business bankruptcy practitioners and financial professionals. Five judges from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York along with top practitioners, including Harvey Miller of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, are among the faculty for the workshop. Attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 11.25/13 hours of CLE/CPE credit, including 2 hours of ethics and professionalism.
