ABI’s outstanding consumer bankruptcy program returns this fall to the Chicago area. This day-long educational conference is devoted entirely to the consumer bankruptcy professional and will focus on current issues affecting debtors and creditors in consumer cases. This year’s program will tackle compensation issues and chapter 13, and will feature a special session on credit scores and reports. The annual case law update — another round of “Case Law Jeopardy” — is a must-attend session. We hope to see you at the offices of Jenner & Block on October 8!

While not at the conference, step outside and experience all this top winter destination has to offer. Enjoy the show!
The panel will discuss the different types of cyber fraud threats facing bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy fiduciaries and the need for advance preparation, including consideration of types of insurance available. The panel will provide general insight on fiduciaries preparation for, dealing with, and recovering from, cyber threats, and the impact of insurance coverage on these steps.
