25 - Conversation with Nell Hennessy

This week's podcast will feature a conversation between Prof. David Skeel, ABI's Resident Scholar, and Nell Hennessy, the president and CEO of Fiduciary Counselors, Inc., a Washington based consulting firm which serves as a fiduciary in company transactions involving pension plan assets. Nell is a former Deputy executive Director and chief negotiator for the PBGC, and a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. They discuss the dynamic issues at play in workouts and bankruptcies with large pension liabilities, and highlight the changes coming due to the new pension law.
