Adam Hirsch of Kutak Rock LLP Selected for ABI’s “40 Under 40” Initiative

Alexandria, Va. ABI announces that Adam Hirsch of Kutak Rock LLP (Denver) has been selected for ABI’s “40 Under 40,” recognizing 40 of the top insolvency industry professionals under the age of 40. This year’s awardees will be formally recognized at ABI’s 2018 Winter Leadership Conference, taking place Dec. 6-8 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Hirsch is a partner with Kutak Rock LLP and represents clients from coast to coast in all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring and related litigation. He represents secured and unsecured lenders, DIP lenders, chapter 11 plan sponsors, acquirers of assets in § 363 asset sales, landlords and tenants, equipment lessors and lessees, IP licensors and licensees, and providers of various goods and services. He also represents clients in transactional matters involving financially distressed parties and debtors reorganizing under chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing high-quality, enduring relationships with his clients and colleagues.

Hirsch has spoken at CLE programs and bankruptcy conferences across the nation on a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring issues, including § 363 asset sales, DIP financing and litigation of avoidance actions.

“The 2018 ABI ‘40 Under 40’ Class is already advancing the bankruptcy profession forward,” said ABI Executive Director Samuel J. Gerdano. “Each of these remarkable young men and women are attaining achievements not just in their professional careers, but also as leaders in their communities.”

The “40 Under 40” winners are distinguished by professional achievements and service and were selected by a group of experienced professionals from ABI’s current leadership. Nominations were submitted via the initiative’s website, through which professionals nominated themselves or a colleague. Membership in ABI was not required, and more than 200 candidates were evaluated. Those selected were chosen from both large and small firms from every region of the country, and represent diverse practice areas such as law, finance, accounting, consulting, academia, government and more.
